At the request of several of our customers, we have added Mold Testing to our service list. 

In the past we have avoided providing Testing and Remediation services together, as we have felt that they are a conflict of interest.  Testing, in our opinion, is an option for customers when there is no evidence of visual contamination but the symtoms that are present cannot be explained.  Testing can be used prior to and after a Remediation project has been completed to "clear" a project.  Although the EPA does not endorse testing as a definative final answer to "clearance", it can be used as a benchmark for post Remediation clearence.

When making a decision on mold testing, always remember that educating yourself is the first step.  Understand your situation, choose a Remediation company with good references and one that you feel provides you with the most thorough answers to your questions.  Finally, choose a company you feel is being honest with you!  There are alot of companies that are only in business to make the most profit they can on a job, and not necessarily concerned with your situation.

All Testing is done with the customer present, so that there is zero chance for dishonest results.  All samples are sealed, and labeled with a chain of custody, and sent directly to the lab for independant results.  A lab report will be provided to the customer as will Remediation scope of work to rectify the problem as part of our report.

We feel this is the ONLY way the customer can be completely confident that all results are 100% accurate and dependable.
